Founder / Vice President
Mike is a 29 year veteran in the audio industry and is Founder & Vice President of Audio Engineers of Detroit. Mike started climbing the ranks in the early 90’s. He got his first break by first working with the local 38 IATSE union. That led to working such shows as The Rolling Stones, The Eagles and several national touring shows at the Fox Theater in Detroit. Eventually, he began working directly with local producers and recording artists in recording studios around the city engineering their next hit. He also has worked for several Audio Visual companies during his career. Mike currently works at MotorCity Casino Hotel where he was instrumental in opening Sound Board Theater and has worked with every genre of music available. He received formal training at The Recording Institute of Detroit, a local audio training school. Over his career, Mike has recorded hundreds of songs, worked thousands of shows and amassed a variety of industry contacts ranging from audio/video technicians, audio engineers and recording studios to music producers, songwriters and musicians.
